I read this amazing affirmation in Catherine Ponder's book, the Dynamic Laws of Prosperity , and have been struck by its power ever since.
She tells the story of a businessman from the Depression era of the 1930s who believed that there was 'gold dust in the air'. Money and business was everywhere. And the way he lived his life and the results he got showed it was true.
But this is all just an old story about some guy who made a buck 70 years ago.
Until I saw it in action before my very eyes. Not once, but every day since I read that page.
At a networking meeting I sat next to a gentleman who turned to me and said, "there are business opportunities everywhere", and I proceeded to watch him line up three joint ventures in a half an hour.
That's when I decided to try it for myself.
Every day I've been writing my intentions and saying ' there's gold dust in the air and it falls in great abundance on me." And you know what? Sales are up, my workshop is nearly full, and things are looking robust. Magic gold dust indeed.
Even tonight on the way home from the gym I was thinking I had not had any sign ups for the workshop in two days, and started to get a twinge of doubt. Then I remembered to plug the 'there's gold dust in the air' line and let that inner smile warm me up.
When I walked in my door, there was a message flashing for me on my machine - someone wanted to sign up for my workshop! How's that for fast! Thank you Universe - you truly rock Big Time.
It's amazing how beliefs and feelings, when fine tuned and focused, make things sooooo much easier and more fun.
Go on - try it - I am sure you'll love it!
