I had an interesting experience recently. I have always been fascinated about how to get an upgrade on a flight. So I started making inquiries. Apart from paying major dollars, and trading in points, it seems it was really up to the service people.
So on one trip I decided to dress the part. I wore my best outfit, hair, makeup, the works. I looked GOOD!
I sat in my seat in economy and about twenty minutes in to the flight my neighbour asked if she could be moved to some spare seats as she was feeling unwell.
'No' was the answer. A few minutes later they came back and asked me if I would like to move - as there were some seats up front, and this would allow my ill neighbour to rest.
Up to Business Class I went! MY very first upgrade!
So what can you take from this little story?
Dress, behave, and think from where you want to be, not where you are - the Universe (and others) will recognise the new you, even if your current circumstances don't reflect the internal vibration immediately.
Cool, huh?!
