5-10 points - You are an emerging leader. Your influence is expanding. Keep honing your skills and confidence. Seek others who are already making the difference to which you aspire.

11-17 points - You are in your stride and evolving as a leader with global impact. As you grow and evolve as a leader, seek to mentor others. You will learn best by teaching others. Congratulations on making a significant difference in your own life, community and the world.
