I've been reading "The Butt Book: How to Build a Non-Cellulite and Fat-Free Butt in 9 weeks" by Tosca Reno.
It's not an easy book to read in public places, I assure you! However, its advice is sound and the results of their advocates speak for themselves - a rock hard tooshie can be yours, if you follow the instructions.
No surprise that nutrition and exercise are the primary features in achieving muscular and shapely buns.
However another key element is doing nothing. Rest and relaxation are key components in the pursuit of rear end perfection.
This, as in all things you wish to manifest, is a key element in the creative process. Rest and rejuvenation mirrors the natural flow of energy - of ebb and flow, of crest and gully, of up and down.
In fact, rest allows you to regain even more strength as molecules and muscles realign themselves into stronger formations; rest also encourages the natural alignment between you and your intentions.When you are relaxed, your energetic vibration is more aligned with 'happy' - and this is the vibrational match to all your intentions and goals.
So be sure to include plenty of recovery and rest: sleep more, take a nap, have a bath, listen to soft, gentle music, stroll rather than power walk.
Chill out, don't freak out.
And my fave - breathe. Breathe - nice and slowly. Three deep slow breaths and you'll feel like a new person.
