More specifically, your focus, and hence your feelings.
Yes, friends, your personal feelings are your #1 priority each and every day.
Your feelings are your vibrational signature and this is what determines ALL of your results - from relationships with colleagues, team, clients, friends family to sales and winning business.
You know this to be true, right? Think of your worst bad mood - how much did you accomplish that day? I reckon not much. Or if you did get results, I'll bet it was bloody hard work.
There is an easier way.
So what options do we have for managing our feelings each morning? Along with brushing your teeth, try a little vibrational hygiene.
Here's my routine:
- Before I leap out of bed and head to the gym, I give my life a big dose of appreciation. I bask and revel in all the fabulous goodies I've got going on. Plus cuddle the hubby.
- Next, after my cup of tea, I indulge in a bit of Abraham-Hicks meditation which whisks me into deep, relaxed lala land.
- Then I visualise what I'm creating next and go all goose-pumpy with excitement.
- And lastly I read through my affirmations for a rev up.
Then to the kitchen for my pre-workout egg white omelette and oats. Yum-scrum!
