100 Ways to Feed Your Soul

My recent flu showed me that I was giving a lot to Inner Compass, a lot to the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, a lot to my marriage, a lot to my fitness, and not much to my soul.

Luckily the body is a good messenger and knocked me flat on my back for a week so I could get a chance to reflect on this inbalance. My homework from my coach is to write 100 things that feed my soul, and to mark the 'daily non-negotiables' - identified with a *.

So here they are, hoping to inspire your list, and for you to add to mine!

  3. * Smell some flowers.
  4. * Stretch.
  5. * Cuddle my husband.

  2. One of the best things I've done for my soul this year is just happen across the Tim Burton version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on TV... So hilariously cheeky and funny!! "Daddy-get me a squirrel!'is my all time fave line!
