Note from Zoë

Just a few more days until we hit the beach. I have been hanging out
for the feel of that sand and rippin' it up on the waves with my boogie board.

I love December - time to celebrate another terrific year of being
alive on this gorgeous planet. I press 'pause' and savour
accomplishments, remember adventures, and feel thankful for the
fabulous life I've created. Yes sirree, life is good.

Between surfing, tennis, golf, and general mooching, thoughts of the coming year drift in and start to tingle the toes with excitement. With
a good plan, it all looks terrific.

I want you to feel this blissed out too, so I'm sharing some of my
planning tips with you.

By the way, thanks for being part of a great 2007. You guys mean
the world to me. :)

Zoe

p.s. People have been asking about the crazy gardener since I wrote
about him in a previous newsletter. Update: his patch of turf has
expanded and is now resplendent with massive sunflowers,
petunias, pansies, and a range of other flowers. It's still bizarre, but at
least now I've moved from cynical disdain to curious amazement at
his endeavour. His tenacity and dedication are remarkable.

2008 is your year

I love the start of a new year. All that freshness. It's fun pressing the
'reset' button and playing a new game.

It's so easy to hit 'replay' instead of 'reset'. And then you find
yourself in a horrible Ground Hog Day rerun. Every day looking the
same; this year feeling the same as the last. Before you know it you
are in a rut, stuck in the doldrums, and plain old grumpy, if not
worse.

Don't let this be you!

2008 can be a fantastic year. It can be your year.

But you've got to choose it. You've got to intend it. You've got to
plan for it.

You've got to feel it. You've got to ooze excitement and confidence. You've got to feel the thrill of the unknown running under the current
of your dreams.

And because I love you guys so much for being such loyal readers
all year, and for some of you, the last five years, I am sharing my
personal planning technique. Use this and watch things materialise.

Instructions
* Use colour. Why? Because it's fun and it fires up the brain.
* Use a mind map or write a list - whichever you prefer.
* Have fun.

First, celebrate the year that is closing soon.
We do not celebrate nearly enough. Take a few moments to savour
the good stuff from 2007.

Here are some suggestions:
*What are your special moments from the year? What was great about these? How did you feel?
*What are some achievements? What did you learn? Who have you become?
*If there were disappointments, then now is the time to let them go. Acknowledge they happened, and note what you can learn from them.

Then it's time to focus firmly on the future.

Bring on 2008: choose your theme for the year.
2007 was about fun, freedom, and adventure or me. (This is even in
bold letters on my home page). And that's the kind of year I had -
freedom in creating my business projects as well as my own working hours (I just love working for myself - holy cow is it good.) Fun and adventure? Try boogie board, hiking, New Zealand, photography,
Byron Bay, Dubbo, telemark skiing. It's been awesome.

2008 will be about community and connection. I have a strong desire
to engage like-minded folks in big visions and collaborate on cool projects.

So how to pick your theme?

Think of how you'd like to feel in 2008. Here are some words to
spark your imagination: excited, enthusiastic, challenged, peaceful,
free, prosperous, abundant, connected, fun, adventure, serving,
contributing, belonging, communal, inspired, adventurous,
traveling, discovering, creative, learning.

Jot down the ones that you are drawn to. From each of these words you
can expand in to specifics. For example, in my adventure section I've
listed bushwalking in Namadgi National Park and the Budawangs,
learning ow to sea kayak on the Aussie south coast, and telemarking
in Kosciuszko National Park. The idea is to ask, "what experiences
will allow me to feel this way?"

Expand your vision.
To extend your 2008 plan, you can jot some ideas for the following
areas:
*Holidays
*Wellbeing and health
*Family
*Friends
*Hobbies
*Learning and career - I list books, audio programs, workshops,
coaches, and other specialists
*Community - How will you engage with your community? This
could be as simple as attending a charity fun run, or inviting your neighbour around for a barbecue
*Goodies - these are treats for you - like a new wardrobe, that
bathroom renovation you've wanted to do for 15 years, and so on.

I also refer to my Master List when planning each year. On this list I
have people I want to meet, places I want to visit, adventures I want
to enjoy, and things I'd like to own.

Get your calendar out.
Mark off the big things, like holidays, that you need to book in. Take action immediately to secure these days (ask for time off, block that
time in your diary).

Pick some smaller dates for the smaller items. If you intend to do more entertaining, mark off a weekend that you'll have a dinner party. Later
you can send the invitation and plan the menu.

Post your plan.
I always put mine in the Prosperity Corner (this is the op left hand
corner as you enter the office or work area). That way as I'm working
I can glance up and remember what I am creating for the year. It feels good.

Adapt your plan as you go.
Last year many of the things I listed happened by mid-year, so I had
to devise a whole new plan. Very cool! It's amazing how quickly
things happen once you set your intentions.

Avoid this trap.
Don't get overwhelmed trying to figure out how it's all going to
happen. Some things you can do right now to move things along, and
some other things you can just let sit on the back burner until a moment
of inspiration seizes you. Just know that if you keep your thoughts
positive and and happy, things will happen in perfect timing. The most important thing is that you enjoy the whole process, the day to day unfolding, and not just fast-forward to the end.

Here's a snapshot of my plan for 2008:

Happy planning!

Zoe

Stuff that works

Law of Attraction Superhighway
You've got until Wednesday December 19th 8pm EST (NY) or
Thursday December 20th noon Sydney Aussie time to get a copy at
the launch price of $97 US. It goes up to $147 after that.

Get it here now: http://www.LOAforCoaches.com

Here are some comments I've been getting about Law of Attraction Superhighway:

"I read all the transcript and found it to be really good stuff. I
especially liked the interview with Jeannette Maw and her re-writing beliefs exercise." - Tom, Canberra

"I've been listening to the interviews and I find it all really
fascinating. I love this idea of disappearing limiting beliefs forever.
It's been really helpful for me." - Stephanie, Sydney

"Some of the information is focused on coaching, but you know
what, I am learning heaps for myself even though I am not a coach."
- Joy, Sydney

"Zoe Routh picked the brains of ten of the best LOA coaches and
made the total package available for less than $100. This is one of my
favorite Law of Attraction products I've ever seen, and not just
because I'm in it. Zoe's the real deal. She delivers profoundly, and
also packs in oodles of delicious extras that will get your new year off
to a nice start." - Jeannette Maw, USA

Q: What if I'm not a coach?

A:Perfect! One thing I know about coaches is that they are always
hungry for new personal development resources and stuff that really works. We've all got our own 'issues' and stuff to sort out, so we're
keen, perhaps doubly keen, to find resources and strategies that work
- first for ourselves, and then for our clients.

So if coaches are sharing their tips, you can be guaranteed it works -
it's worked for them, and they've trusted the technique enough to use
it with clients.

This is the kind of thing we've discussed in the interviews:

*How to identify limiting beliefs quickly
*How to obliterate those limiting beliefs
*Manifestation tips for prosperity and abundance
*Living an easy life.

Coach or not a coach, this is juicy stuff.

Then there's the terrific bonuses:

*52 belief busting questions
*Comprehensive Law of Attraction Resource List
*"Why isn't it showing up?" audio with Dr Drew Rozell

and a whole goodie bag stuffed with more great ebooks, audios,
reports, and ecourses.

Really though, the value for me in putting this project together was
sharing the energy of these master coaches who have such a clear
focus and absolute certainty on how to live a very cool life. Their
energy really does rub off listening to the interviews. That itself is
worth its weight in gold.

By the way, if you learn nothing from the Law of Attraction Superhighway, I'll happily refund your money. So there is no risk to
you.

It's a good gift to give yourself for the holiday.

Enjoy!

Book Review - The Prosperity Paradigm

I love Steve d'Annunzio's book. I've read a lot of Law of Attraction prosperity books this year (I mean - a lot), and this one is new, fresh,
and focused on an 'enlightened entrepreneur' approach. The main gist
is that you focus on fulfilling your soul purpose through an expression
of love, prosperity flows to you naturally.

Featured Link - The 9 Insights of the Wealthy Soul

This is a lovely book about a former WWII pilot by Dr Michael
Norwood. While facing a grave illness, he teaches his son 9
extraordinary lessons about transforming any challenge in to wealth
of every kind.

If you know my story about cancer, then you'll know how much I
resonate with this message. Life is for living, and there is always a
gift somewhere in whatever happens to you, no matter how difficult
and painful it may seem at the time.

This is a soul-to-soul kind of a book. So if you're looking for a little
inspiration and connection, then get this book.

The other cool thing is that they'll let you read it all for free for the
next 21 days. Awesome.
