Actually, I feel great about it. and that's really the first key in handling any intention - is to feel great about it. If you come from a place of resentment, worry, stress, fear, doubt - then you'll just get more of the same.
So having fun and being ok with it all is good vibe to stat this 6 weeks off with anyway.
it also helps that I ran my first half marathon in years yesterday and came u [trumps! A good time, no walk breaks, and only a little stiffness. For this I am grateful to my butt and my legs for doing such a good job. Thanks guys!
My intentions: to slip in to a little red dress at the end of the six weeks.

ReplyDeleteSo I am thinking of getting some hiking boots and hiking those pounds off and getting myself a little red dress too!
I was totally blown away with Jeannette hiking 3 hours with her Dad - that is another goal of mine - to one day be able to do that...hike with her Dad ...no I mean hike for three hours.
I bought these wonderful cd's awhile back called creating power and in them Karim talks about knowing what you need to do. That is the affirmation...I know what to do. For me it was a WONDERFUL tool because I tend to say oh I don't know how to lose weight, I don't know what to do ...you know the dead-end focus. But to affirm you know exactly what to do puts you back pitching your own law of attraction ball.
So sexy little dress here I come, I don't think mine is going to be red but I love the style if that is okay.
