have you noticed?

One of the things I love doing with clients is helping them to re-orient their focus to what they desire, and not towards what they are habitually used to looking at.

The difference can be astounding.

All of a sudden there are miracles and beauty and opportunities everywhere, instead of dreariness and drudgery.

But pessimism, worry, fear and doubt can be hard habits to break.

I make it easy for them and encourage them to start by noticing their surroundings. Finding something to appreciate, no matter how difficult the circumstances, is the perfect trick for this.

For me, the easiest way I find to bring my awareness back to abundance, plenty, and miracles is to check out what Nature is serving up at its banquet table. It never fails to astound me how much abundance and energy is moving through the world at every given instant.

Here are some gorgeous delights, even in the dead of winter here in Australia.

Enjoy!

Wattle flowers - these are the flowers that bloom on the wattle bush every August-September that inspire the green and gold colours of the Australian national colours and sports uniforms.
