There is a very simple equation for manifesting anything in a joyful way:
Strong Desire + Not Needing It = Manifestation
This simple equation points to heart of the matter - it's all about the feelings. And feeling good is the only feeling to focus on.
Visualisation and intention-setting is all about identifying feel-good experiences you'd like to enjoy. Like making an order in a restaurant, you select an item off the menu for the anticipation of the pleasure it will give you. Waiting for the order in delighted anticipation is the key. If you are ravenous and starving, you will be completely distracted with getting your basic needs met.
You can't enjoy gourmet when you are literally starving.
And this is where people go wrong with their manifesting.
They are in a 'starving' mindset and attitude - they NEED their manifestation to get them out of pain. The focus is all on the pain - the avoiding it - and not on the pleasure of their desire.
That's where the trick comes in - developing a sense of being satiated already (even when your circumstances are screaming out 'starving'), is the only way you'll find the feeling place of luxury, banquet, abundance.
So how do you do this? Appreciation. Appreciate anything and everything, no matter how small, in your current reality. This takes the handbrake off that the 'starving' attitude was creating. You'll go into coasting mode, and before you know it, you'll be dreaming without needing.
Got any other tips to share?

I agree it's all about feelings, but sometimes we need to search for our hidden beliefs inside of us in order to release them. That process of searching may 'feel bad' temporarily, but eventually gets us to a 'higher' vibration

ReplyDeleteReleasing beliefs is critical. Actually, more important than that is simply releasing the energy of beliefs. You don't need to go digging - just focus on the vibe, and what you would like instead. Thereby you can step away from pain a lot more quickly and without feeling like you need to be raked over the coals.
