Post-It Note Manifestation

This is my secret manifestation tool that is the easiest thing ever! I love it -so please enjoy.

About a week ago I scribbled on a Post-It Note my goal for the 7 Sins of Women's Leadership brekkie that I ran this week with my colleague Agi De Simone. I popped it on the bottom of my IMac computer screen.

All I wrote was, "The breakfast is full - 25+".

That's it. We had fourteen registrations at the time.

None the next day.

None the day after that.

Three days later we had six more. 20. Good - that's a good sized group for our event.

6.36 pm on Wednesday - the night before the brekkie - we had 8 more late registrations to make it 28!

I am so impressed with the Universe delivering my orders so promptly - excellent service I do say!

But here's the secret technique you MUST include with this strategy.

First, you can't write your post-it note, put it up on your computer screen, stare at it with dread and worry, wondering 'Where are the people going to come from? What am I going to do if they don't show up? How am I going to get there?' And so on.

What I did, and you must do too, is focus on what really matters. I meditated on this issue and what came to me was this message: 'even if only two people show up, they need this information - it will make their lives and leadership so much easier. Give it to them with complete love, sincerity, and compassion. You're at your best when you are focused on them, not you.'

And instantly I felt relief - relief from worrying about how many turned up - Agi and I were doing this event because we know it will help - a lot. So I gave up caring - in a worried way - about how many people signed up for the event. It simply did not matter to me from the perspective of doing a good job and delivering what people need to unlock their challenges. I was ready to contribute. And this felt really, really good.

Basically I expected to connect with the people who needed and wanted to be there. I did not need to fill the room.

See the difference in focus? Feel the difference in energy?

And every registration after that was a delightful surprise - rather than a relief.

That's how you use Post-It Notes to manifest what you want. Cool, huh?!

Further to this, Agi said, "next time, ask for 50 at least!"
