When Taking Action Works For Your Health

There's a lot of debate in the deliberate creation world about when/if to take action towards your goals.

Some say no action is required, just focus and feel good. Others - like Abraham and for whom I have the deepest respect - say that you can't help but take action when you are in the Vortex of feel-good because you will be so inspired to do so.

When it comes to health, I am all for taking action - before you get caught out and find yourself in a world of painful 'contrast' as Abraham calls it.

Having been through cancer, I only discovered the power of deliberate creation after I had a few body parts removed and then doused with chemotherapy.

My advice with regards to taking action and health - is do what honours your body and feels good. Eating fruits and veggies feels good. Exercising feels good. Drinking water feels good. Eating chocolate also feels good. Eating too much does not.

It's pretty basic, and it works. When you feel good, you are healthy. When you feel bad (stressed, worried, frustrated, angry, depressed) you don't, and you tend to get sick. So focus on choosing feel-good thoughts, and taking feel-good action - just because it feels good!

For my American reader and friends there is another resource I've discovered and wanted to point out to you:

  2. My sister is married to an American and they have a little girl, so I guess I figure I'm nearly there too (being a Canadian also makes it close to home)

Thanks Warren! Always an honour to have you post on my site :)
