Getting clear with the Script

One of my clients, 'Susie', feels she has no control over her schedule. She feels like it is taking over her life, she cannot say 'no' to requests. After probing a little further, she revealed that at the bottom of it all she did not want to feel rejected. She was afraid if she turned down business then the potential client might reject her at some level.

I asked her if she had ever felt rejected before. "Oh yeah," she said. "This goes way back." It was obvious to both of us that Susie was ready to heal that old story in her life, the fear of rejection.

But how do you heal yourself? Knowing you have a long-standing issue of fear of rejection is not enough to get rid of the fear. It is like knowing you have a cold: realising you have a cold does not fix the dripping nose, headache, and cough! Action needs to be taken to promote healing.

There are many ways to heal. Clearing the negative energy is critical to it all. One of the most accessible and easiest techniques to use is one I stumbled across in Joe Vitale's book, The Attractor Factor. In it he quotes the Script from Karol Truman's book, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die.

Anytime you feel like you need to clear some negative energy, read this script. Fill in the blanks with the feelings that are appropriate for you at the time. If you don't like the word 'God' replace it with 'spirit', 'nature', 'consciousness', or whatever feels good for you.

The Script

"Spirit/Super-Conscious, please locate the origin of my feeling (s)/ thoughts of ___________________________.

Take each and every level, layer, area, aspect of my Being to this origin.

Analyze and resolve it perfectly with God's truth.

Come through all generations of time and eternity, healing every incident and its appendages based on the origin. Please do it according to God's will until I'm at the present - filled with light and truth, God's peace and love, forgiveness of every person, place, circumstances and event which contributed to this/thee feeling (s) thought (s).

With total forgiveness and unconditional love, I allow every physical and mental, emotional and spiritual problem, and inappropriate behaviour based on the negative origin in my DNA, to transform.

Scheinfeld discusses the quantum physics principles behind the more popular "Law of Attraction" literature. Money is simply a holographic projection that you play as part of the greater game of life. "Busting loose' occurs when you are no longer fixated on money, but are enjoying a life of complete freedom. He describes this as "phase 2" of the greater game of life.

Scheinfeld gives you some very practical tools to help you break out from under your old paradigms of belief systems, thought patterns, and behaviour patterns. In this regard it goes well beyond what a lot of other Law of Attraction literature presents.

Very practical with high impact processes and results. Excellent.

Long-term impact of the material
Still has me thinking. Definitely hit some raw nerves. Effort is still required to follow through and actually apply the process he describes. I have found myself going back to the book on many occasions to check out the recommended resources, surf the recommended sites, and review the principles. Pretty good. Much better than average.

Readability, formatting, language
These are tough concepts if you are new to quantum physics. It took me two good reads to get my head around the hologram concept. It took as long to get over the 'woo woo' factor of the content as well. He writes well. Good.

Bookshelf position
It is definitely in my top 5 on the top shelf. A definite must read for all Law of Attraction students.

Bob covers a lot of the basics of quantum physics and the Law of Attraction and then backs it all up with some practical, how-to, actions that are quite easy to implement. This addresses a lot of the issues surrounding wealth consciousness and what to do about it to attract all you desire.

Useful content rating
I really enjoyed this book. Everything resonates in terms of the practical application of concepts such as visualisation, scripting, and meditation. Excellent.

Long term impact of the material
I keep referring to this book, like a type of dictionary and easy reference. I also looked up Bob's online program and am definitely going to sign up for Wealth Beyond Reason. He is an excellent presenter, very sincere, genuine, and his audio is easy to listen to. I feel like I have a personal relationship with him already. He even answered an email personally when I wrote to congratulate him on his book. Excellent.

Readability, formatting, and language
Very easy to read, almost conversational in its tone, this book is an easy-to-digest, well-formatted piece of work. There are references to his websites and other programs, but these are not shoved down your throat and are meant as a sincere desire to help the reader really make positive changes. Good.

One of the best aspects of Vitale's book is the practical step by step approach to what he calls "getting clear". This is all about dissolving blocks to success and they are all achievable, practical, and realistic.

Vitale's book delivers.

I have become a dedicated fan of Vitale. I check his blog, http://mrfire.blogspot.com, daily. You can really feel his sincerity in everything he writes. He really is dedicated to helping people break free from their mental and emotional prisons and live an abundant life. Pretty good. Much better than average.

This is an easy read. It has some great testimonials and some simple effective strategies to implement. Good.

A touchy-feely exploration of the Law of Attraction. You really have to get past the 'what the...?' reaction when you learn that the material from Abraham-Hicks is developed from the channelling of non-physical beings through Esther Hicks. That's right, non-physical beings tell messages through Esther Hicks, a former secretary. Like I said, "what the...?'

However, if you are student of the Law of Attraction and quantum physics, then you know this is possible. Since we are all energy, and energy cannot be created or destroyed but merely changes form, it stands to reason that non-physical energy beings can communicate. So why don't we all tune in to Abraham? We have less developed consciousness, or are not yet aware of our own divinity.

The book also has a tone of practical manifestation strategies that are easy to implement and highly effective.

Useful content rating
I lapped it all up, with the intention of suspending disbelief about the channelling spirits part. Having done this, it was an uplifting and impactful read. I also found myself looking up the Abraham-Hicks website to find out more. They have lots of good free audio and other info at the site. Good.

Long-term impact of the material
The exercises are well-organised and easy to read and so make a useful reference. The Abraham-Hicks material is a definite winner for all Law of Attraction enthusiasts and you will definitely benefit from having this in your library. Excellent.

Readability, formatting, and language
The language is stilted and awkward at time, making it difficult to really savour the book. It does give the impression of 'other wordly' spirits speaking because it is pretty wacky in parts, but this is more of a distraction than anything else. They even preface the book by saying there are some made up words and expressions as there are no words that truly reflect the concepts Abraham is trying to convey. Even so, I found the stilted English irritating and it cost the book rating a star in my opinion. Poor.
